Areas of Practice

Family Law: Protecting Your Future During Difficult Transitions

We understand that family law matters are deeply personal and often emotionally charged. It’s not just about good lawyering; it’s about appreciating the human aspects of separating families and finding the best path forward for you and your loved ones. With our extensive experience in this area, we provide the steady, compassionate guidance you need during this challenging time.

Whether you are facing divorce or navigating complex issues of custody, property division, child support, or spousal support, our primary focus is on protecting your rights and securing your future. We are skilled in resolving even the most complex financial entanglements and sensitive custody situations with strength and care. Our goal is to shoulder the legal burden for you, offering clear-headed strategy and unwavering support so you can focus on healing and beginning your next chapter with confidence.

Business Law Services: Protecting Your Bottom Line

What is business law? It's the framework that keeps your business safe, stable, and profitable. We specialize in protecting you from costly mistakes by providing strategic legal counsel in the areas that matter most.

From well-written contracts that prevent future disputes to ensuring careful adherence to complex employee/employer regulations, our goal is your peace of mind. We help you maintain effective compliance with the federal and state laws that govern your industry, taking the guesswork out of your legal obligations. Through proactive risk management, we guide you in identifying and minimizing financial, contractual, and regulatory risks, allowing you to operate with confidence.

Estate Planning: Securing Your Legacy and Protecting Your Assets

Estate planning is not just for the wealthy; it is for anyone who wants to ensure their hard-earned property and assets are passed on according to their wishes. A proper plan is the only way to protect your legacy from being stripped of its value by taxes, legal fees, and administrative costs, ensuring it reaches the family members and community you designate.

Our focus is to help you create a thoughtful, strategic plan tailored to your specific goals. We work directly with you to structure your estate in a way that preserves your property and assets by minimizing financial burdens on your beneficiaries. More importantly, we provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing your legacy is secure and that your loved ones will be cared for exactly as you intend. Let us help you take control of the future and protect what you’ve spent a lifetime building.

Dispute Resolution: A Faster, More Direct Path to Closure

Court battles are often expensive, draining, and unpredictable. We offer a more effective path forward through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), a recognized legal process designed to settle disputes efficiently, whether in or out of court. Our primary goal is to help you avoid the time and expense of a prolonged trial by finding a practical, final resolution.

With nearly 50 years of experience as a trusted mediator and arbitrator in both state and federal courts, we bring seasoned legal judgment to the table. We have successfully helped parties resolve hundreds of cases, from complex business disagreements to sensitive personal matters. Our role is to guide the process with a firm and fair hand, allowing all parties to move beyond the conflict. Let our decades of experience help you find a satisfactory conclusion without the unnecessary cost and stress of litigation.
